Brad is a Principal and Creative Digital Specialist of Pixel Creative. In 2000, Brad began his successful creative design career. Throughout his career, he has received various awards and honors for his work. Brad is skilled in all areas of creative design and production, and he oversees all daily operations as well as supervises all creative projects. He has 20 years of experience in branding, graphic design, web/digital design, and video and audio production. Brad attended Houston Baptist University majoring in Business and the Art Institute of Houston majoring in Web and Multimedia.
JOHN WEAVER JR
PRINCIPAL & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
John Jr. is a Principal and Creative Director of Pixel Creative. In 1998, John Jr. began his successful career in graphic design. With more than two decades in the creative communications and design fields, his work has received numerous awards and accolades. With his experience and talent, John Jr. designs and supervises various types of creative projects. John is skilled in all areas of creative design and production. He attended Texas State University in San Marcos and The University of Houston majoring in Graphic Design and Marketing.

Since 2016, John Weaver has been Pixel Creative's Creative Brand Consultant. John has been a successful owner and/or partner of a leading Houston design firm for more than 40 years. He has received national recognition for creative solutions in design, advertising and corporate identity and has produced award-winning work for countless Fortune 500 and 100 Corporations representing virtually every field and industry. John attended Louisiana Tech majoring in Graphic Design.
OUR HISTORY
In 1968, John Weaver began his long and successful career in the creative industry. After 28 years of award-winning design and receiving worldwide recognition, in 1996, he formed his own company, John Weaver Design. Through John Weaver Design he continued his goal to strategically position companies for growth and recognition through effective brand development and messaging.
Two years after John Weaver Design opened its doors, John Weaver Jr. and Brad Weaver joined John Weaver Design's creative team. Growing up in the creative industry, both were able to quickly bring their creative talents to a fast growing company. With their talents they helped build upon John Weaver Design's success, as well as earning their own awards and accolades for their creative work along the way.
In 2006, the business had evolved, the capabilities had expanded, and the needs of the clients had increased. To meet the changing requirements of the client, as well as better position the company for future growth, John Weaver Design preformed a DBA and changed its name to Pixel Creative Group. We had become more than just a design firm.
As Pixel Creative Group, we significantly increased our capabilities to broaden brand development and management, marketing, public relations and crisis management, as well as expand our creative digital capabilities.
After over 20 years of working with some of the most talented people in the creative industry, in 2016, John Weaver Jr. and Brad Weaver formed, Pixel Creative, Inc. With their award-winning talents and with the continued support of, now retired, John Weaver as a Creative Brand Consultant, Pixel Creative, Inc. continues the 40 years of success in the communication industry.
